Nicole Provonchee

Bright Blue Consulting

Nicole Provonchee has always had a passion for personal and professional growth. Over a decade ago, Nicole was lucky enough to engage with a coach that introduced her to the life-altering field of executive coaching. After years of working as an executive for companies large and small, she left her corporate career to form Bright Blue Consulting, a firm that offers coaching for executives, high-potential women managers and teams, management training, and strategic planning services to a range of organizations.

Through Bright Blue Consulting, Nicole is able to combine her “real-world” experience as an executive with extensive training in coaching best practices.

Nicole is a experienced executive with over 20 years in strategy, business development, communications and marketing roles, including 14 years in the healthcare industry. A natural extension of over two decades as a strategic communicator, Bright Blue’s business model is grounded in driving clarity and leading with purpose.

Over the past 5 years, Nicole has worked with numerous professionals as they have overcome personal and professional obstacles and navigated transitions, including managing a new team or executive, transitioning into a new role/new company, leading a new strategic initiative, identifying a new career path or promotion, and managing the transition back into work after maternity or an extended leave.

Nicole holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in strategy and new ventures from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee and holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her two young sons and husband. She is a committed to causes advocating children and women’s rights, including serving as the Board Chair for Our Kids and serving in volunteer roles at Children's House Montessori and the Sexual Assault Center (SAC), all located in Nashville.
