About The Luncheon: 2019 Competency Connections & Reflections - Springboard for 2020 Success | Nashville

In 2019 ICFTN provided its members a broad array of impactful training and professional development workshops, filled with rich, relevant content. In addition to delivering these workshops, ICFTN’s goal is to promote the immediate and ongoing practical application of this new knowledge with its members.

With this objective in mind, we will structure our January 2020 luncheon as a practical review and reflection workshop to help members re-connect with 2019’s extensive content, and to actively identify opportunities to apply key concepts and competencies in their practice.

To help members re-connect with important Coaching concepts and strategies, in the first half of this workshop, ICFTN leaders and previous presenters (if available) will review the key learning points from four of 2019’s most impactful workshops.

Next our presenters will facilitate tabletop discussions to promote members' application of these skills for the purpose of growing their practices in 2020. Facilitators will solicit volunteers to share success stories, highlighting how they applied 2019 workshop knowledge to improve client outcomes or build their practices. Facilitators will then ask each member to offer an idea for applying 2019’s knowledge toward the achievement of one of his or her 2020 Coaching goals.

To maintain awareness of the Competency Connections & Reflections - Springboard for 2020 Success workshop, and encourage ongoing engagement with 2019’s content, ICFTN will provide regular reminders to members to capture their success stories in advance of our January session. These reminders will inspire members to utilize their new skills and ensure the accumulation of success stories to enhance the value of the session.
