About The speaker

Edy NashEdy Nash brings to her clients more than thirty years of experience in management and leadership development, organization development   and executive coaching. She has worked collaboratively with leaders and leadership teams in a wide variety of industries, including retail, finance, healthcare and not-for-profit. In 2001, Edy founded E. Nash Associates (ENA) as a client-centric company committed to helping develop more credible and confident leaders, more cohesive and productive teams, and more profitable organizations that are better places to work.

Executive Coaching with Edy is an efficient, high-impact process that helps successful people in leadership roles produce sustainable, positive results. It is not therapy meant to “fix” a person. Edy's clients are already high-functioning people who—like everyone—seek support from time to time in order to perform better. Her clients say coaching improves their results in ways that are sustainable over time. They achieve positive outcomes, usually related to improved profits, career success, organizational effectiveness, or career and personal satisfaction. At the same time, they also improve their leadership capabilities and effectiveness so that the results and performance improvements last.
