Conversational Intelligence

Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) – An Appreciative Experience for Coaches in Deepening “Use of Self” | FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2018 | 1:15PM - 4:30PM | NASHVILLE

Seasons represent transition and serve as constant reminders that continuity and change are essential elements of healthy living things. At our Fall workshop, coaches are invited to a Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) experience in building awareness and shaping intentions for continuity and change in their own practice. This session will offer a co-creative space for coaches to practice the “Already Whole” guided reflection, to engage C-IQ as a catalyst for cultivating presence and exploring possibilities, and to set distinct favorable intentions for continuity (carrying forward and leveraging what’s best) and change (releasing what no longer serves and cultivating healthy new growth).

Conversational Intelligence® is a revolutionary body of work leveraging the power of neuroscience to create profound and lasting transformation for individuals, teams and entire organizational cultures. Combining science and intuition, Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) aspires to shift our world from I-Centric to WE-Centric and architect Conversational Transformation on a neuro-chemical level.

In this session, participants will learn how:

  • To heighten use and impact of “discovery and innovation” questions in the moment.

  • To practice the “Already Whole” reflection for building awareness of strengths, values, needs, and aspirations.

  • To design intentions for integrating C-IQ practice in deeper use of self in the year ahead.
