Presented by: Jonathan Harvey, Executive Director for Leadership and Strategy, Graduate and Executive Education, Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

For many years PERSONALITY (and the vast array of assessment tools that surround it) has been a key lens for viewing leadership development and by extension, coaching associated with leadership development.

In this discussion, business psychologist Jonathan Harvey will introduce the idea of viewing leadership development through the lens of identity.

  • How might the priming of appropriate knowledge, skills and experience required to lead effectively be assisted and encouraged by viewing ‘leader’ as an identity to be formed?

  • What is the potential contribution of coaching to this process?

Successful leaders and influencers are not just born ... coaching can be an integral part of helping leaders reach their greatest potential. Don't miss the opportunity to tap into Jonathan Harvey's extensive leadership development experience and reach YOUR greatest potential as a coach.
