Path to Better Coaching

Presented by: Jane Creswell, MCC

As an MCC coach certified in the ICF PCC markers, Jane Creswell knows from experience that the competency of establishing the agreement is one of the most often missed. In this session, she will show you how to use the principles of positive psychology to establish, and then refine and renegotiate the agreement as necessary throughout the coaching conversation. This one competency can take your coaching to the next level!

You will:

  • Understand and recognize the ICF PCC Markers for Establishing the Agreement.

  • Acquire strategies to refine and renegotiate the agreement throughout the conversation.

  • Learn how to respond to clients who resist committing to an agreement within the conversation.
