Diversity Statement

ICFTN is dedicated to cultivating diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure all individuals feel they belong and are valued, respected, and supported. We accomplish this intentionally and collaboratively, practicing empathy and understanding as we strive for justice while facing and acknowledging interpersonal and systemic barriers to DEIB. We pledge to establish a solid organizational framework and accountability mechanisms enabling us to maintain DEIB in our chapter and beyond through education, awareness, and action.
