ICF Southeast Forum Business Building Series

Coach to Creator

Coach to Creator: Tips, Tools, and Strategies to Launch and Leverage Your Business

It’s here: a business building program for coaches created by coaches. This five-month business development program offers coaches exclusive access to experts and peers. Through workshops and cohort groups participants will grow their coaching business and build their network.

The ICF Southeast Business Building Series is a five-month series to help coaches solidify the foundations of your business, explore the tools and resources needed to expand your business, and learn proven action items to create a thriving business!

This is a very hands-on series created by coaches for coaches where participants will apply the tools right away. We understand coaches might not get this information in coach training programs or the business programs, so the Southeast Region created this series just for you.

This series is a collaboration between the 16 chapters in the Southeast Region and will take place from January through May 2021.

Each month attendees will participate in a Live Workshop (scheduled for two hours), which includes a 90-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes for virtual networking and action planning. The January sessions are teasers to help you decide if this is right for you (we think it is).

The paid series is in February, March, and April; a graduation takes place in May. During the first breakout session in February, the cohort groups are formed for the rest of the series. The cohort group is a small group (about 4-5 people) that will meet in February, March, and April on the same Zoom platform and act as the accountability group for the participants. In these one-hour facilitated sessions, participants can talk about their action steps, challenges they are facing, and learn from their cohorts on best practices.

**Below are the details for the Coach to Creator program that begins in February 2021.**

How will this work

Monthly Workshops

Each month you’ll meet for a 2-hour workshop that includes 90-minutes of learning and 30-minutes for networking and space to develop your action items based on the material you just learned to help you build your business.

Moderated Cohort Working Groups

You’ll meet again two weeks later to discuss the progress you’ve made on your action-items and for more networking. The purpose of the cohort working groups is to give you the support you need to build your business.

Private Facebook Group

To keep the conversation going between scheduled events, we’ll have a private Facebook group. After you register, you’ll receive a link to the Facebook group. Please allow 1-2 business days to confirm your access to the group.
