What type of coaching do you do?
I coach leaders and professionals in the public sector who are seeking to identify, develop, and reframe their strengths. My approach blends adult learning and strategy to help people change awareness into clarity.
What made you decide to be a coach?
Coaching has become a positive way for me to use stories to explain lessons learned and help others lead with purpose. I depend on clarity to begin tough conversations. My goal is to achieve a mutually beneficial solution with integrity and respect.
Is there anything you would like us to know about you?
I am interested in becoming a certified coach after years of public sector leadership. I have realized that the most meaningful learning lessons came from relationships and people.
