What type of coaching do you do?

What made you decide to be a coach?

I decided to explore coaching after realizing that all the work I had done to help myself "survive" and eventually "thrive" through stress, overwork, corporate politics and the constant fear of change/layoffs could also help others with the same feelings and experiences.  After a few months of training, I knew coaching would be my new path.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I am a native Nashvillian with a strong love of music, dance, film, and most especially my friends, family and faith.  I'm super excited to be a new member of ICFTN, I'm already experiencing the many benefits ICFTN has to offer, and super excited to be connecting with other TN coaches!
