Coaching leaders for improved self-awareness and impact through transitions and business challenges were key highlights of my 25+ year human resources career.

What is your area of interest?

Transition coaching (e.g. new role/ new team); Experience coaching leaders through new strategies/capability build out, acquisitions, divestitures, and organization redesigns. 20+ years with pharm and biotech clients.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

ProSci (Change Management) certified and a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery. Mother to a son (college sophomore) and 3 rescues (2 cats and a pup).
