I coach leaders and teams to identify their values and put them into practice — creating positive, values-driven organizations with high levels of trust, staff retention, and engagement. I use tools like Values Identifier and Core Values Finder (certification pending 10/2026) to create clarity around individual and organizational values, and then provide group and individual coaching to create shared understanding and design values-aligned behaviors, practices, policies, and systems that support a values-driven culture. 

Coming from the nonprofit sector, values are everywhere. They motivate what we do, how we do it, and why we show up in our every day. After years of working in start-up consulting agencies and nonprofit organizations, I learned that I had a talent for building values-driven teams. While the organizations where I worked were not at the scale where they needed to invest in a full-time role, I saw clearly how the work of developing people and building values alignment underpinned our success. In one instance, staff retention jumped 32% after we implemented a values-driven hiring process. The impact of this -- and the guidance of my own career coach -- inspired me to pursue coaching myself. I earned my ACC in fall of 2025.

I have walked the Camino de Santiago twice, and hiked 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail. I also have two dogs: a greyhound named Nino and a terrier mix named Lucy.
