Company Name:

TBD – website and official information coming later this summer!

What type of coaching do you do?

Working with both individuals and teams, I help leaders at all levels grow in self-awareness, sharpen their leadership effectiveness, and navigate the challenges that come with leading people and organizations. I also offer consulting services for organizations looking to invest in the development of their teams.

What made you decide to be a coach?

My journey into coaching began through an internal coaching program at work that turned out to be truly pivotal in my own growth and development. That experience lit something in me. I became an internal coach for the program and absolutely fell in love with the work. From there, I discovered the ICF and knew that pursuing membership was a natural next step. My passion for growth and development, however, started long before I ever had the title of "coach." Joining the ICF TN chapter feels like the perfect continuation of that journey.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?:

I'm an East Tennessee transplant, originally from Ohio, and after years of falling in love with the people and the mountains, I now call Sevierville home. I attended Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois for both my undergraduate degree and MBA, and I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Executive Coaching & Consulting through the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, so the learning never stops!

My professional background is rooted in operations, hospitality, and event planning, which gave me a deep appreciation for the human side of business and how people, culture, and leadership shape everything. That foundation is what ultimately led me to coaching and to launching my own coaching and consulting practice.

Outside of work, you'll likely find me planning my next trip somewhere in the world or hunting down the best restaurant in whatever city I'm in. Travel and food are two of my passions.

I'm excited to be part of this chapter and to connect with fellow coaches who share this passion!
