I offer One-on-One coaching, Executive Leadership Coaching, Group Coaching, Facilitation, along with Speaking Engagements and Psychometrics (LCP and Hogan).

What made you decide to be a coach?

In 2021, while serving as a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force, I faced an unexpected challenge when I contracted COVID. This experience became a catalyst for transformation, prompting me to pause and deeply reflect on my life and career. During my recovery, I dedicated about ten days to introspection, seeking advice from mentors and friends about my future path. It was during this time that I realized I wanted to understand the impact I was having on the world around me. A friend highlighted my talent for asking insightful questions and truly listening, which ignited my passion for coaching.

I’m happy to leverage my 30 years of expertise as a Senior Enlisted Leader to help others navigate life's unexpected challenges with a deeper understanding. I enrolled in coaching courses and embarked on my coaching journey even before concluding my active duty. Remarkably, it took me just a week to name my business, as starting this venture felt like a natural next step. My mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential, ensuring they leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and independence. I am committed to creating a psychologically safe environment where clients feel genuinely heard and valued, enabling them to confidently tackle any challenge, big or small, with self-reliance.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I’m thrilled to share that I have completed all the necessary hours and mentoring for my PCC certification. Additionally, I am in the final stages of writing my upcoming book on Leadership, which I'm very passionate about!
