Delila is the owner of Delila Shantea and has worked in the multifamily industry for over a decade. She specializes in training and development within her industry. She is a member of several organizations where she holds leadership positions. Her experience in public accounting and multifamily has allowed her to develop leadership qualities that she strives to share with the world. She decided to step out on faith and start her own business venture where she builds people and shows them how to be a leader, mentor, and friend. Her goal is to motivate people to be the best version of themselves, which led her to develop “Friend I Got You” in 2019. Her love for people and leadership also led her to pursue her coaching certification to become a Life and Leadership Coach. As a coach, she is helping individuals and businesses enhance their leadership skills.
