1 - Where are you from, and how did you choose to live in Middle Tennessee?

My coaching practice is currently based in northwest Alabama. My mom and aunt live here so it gives the opportunity to be there for them if needed.

2 - What is your professional background, and why did you become a coach?

Prior to entering the coaching profession, I was a human rights and health advisor for the United Nations in Asia.

3 - How did you choose your specialty area?

Building on my previous experience working with community leaders and activists, coaching provides a platform to continue to have an impact by working with those trying to affect positive change.

4 -What are the greatest challenges and greatest rewards of your career?

It has been challenging to transition from an international civil servant to starting my coaching practice while simultaneously repatriating back to the United States during a global pandemic. However, the process has been rewarding by allowing me to witness the impact I can have through the coaching platform.

5- What is something that most ICFTN members would be surprised to learn about you?

I am a PADI Master Instructor (scuba diving). And in 2022, I helped create a local nonprofit in the Dominican Republic to train and support a new generation of Dominican dive professionals and marine conservationists.

6- How do you enjoy spending your free time?

I still enjoy reading a real book when not in the ocean.
