After spending 21 years in the US Navy, and coaching being an integral aspect of our professional leadership development, I decided to continue helping people become the best version of themselves.

Professional presence; organizational development; leadership boundaries; building practical coaching communities; experimental learning. 

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I’m a recovering marathon runner, and a taco enthusiast (especially when paired with a good tequila).
