New Member Corner: Erica Teasley

What is the name of your company?

I currently work at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in a non-coaching position with the intention to move into a coaching position as soon as I can. I am in the process of completing my Masters of Science in Positive Psychology (Coaching) at Life University.

Are you an independent coach or a coach within an organization?

My intention is to initially coach within an organization then potentially develop my own business.

What made you decide to be a coach?

When I started working strictly from home (due to COVID) last year, I started focusing more on my mental and physical health. I came across coaching and have not looked back!

What is your area of interest?

I am interested in career/workplace/team executive coaching.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I am a Georgia native but have lived in Tennessee since undergrad. I enjoy running, riding horses, reading, and yoga. I am excited to be a part of this organization!
