What made you decide to be a coach?

I have been coaching curious for a quite awhile, as it goes hand-in-hand with the leadership programs my team and I run at Pilot. My primary goal in pursuing an ICF certification is to integrate coaching as a resource for the leaders I work with. Senior leaders are often provided opportunities to work with executive coaches, but I believe everyone can benefit from coaching regardless of level. Personally, I’m passionate about helping others succeed in all aspects of life by THEIR standards.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I’m from Montana and have lived in Knoxville, TN for 12 years. My wife and I have five children between us ranging from 8-14 years old. We enjoy the great outdoors of East Tennessee and can often be found on the water, in the mountains and on the trails.
