Spotlight: Grover Hardin

1 - What is your professional background, and why did you become a coach?

With over 30 years of Military and Corporate experience, I have a proven history as a Corporate Operations Executive with a passion for helping leaders and organizations accelerate their growth and exceed business objectives. I'm passionate in my belief that people are the greatest asset to all organizations and developing their capability is critical to ensure sustainable success. 

2 - How did you choose your specialty area?

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Mississippi. I am also a US Army veteran where I served honorably as a Logistics Officer. I demonstrated successful leadership throughout a 25+ year span with several Fortune 500 companies in Operations. I was also very successful in leading non-profit organizations' boards and serving in any capacity. I have started a second act as a certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Career Management Coach and Team Diagnostic Survey Coach.

3 - What is one of the greatest rewards of your career? 

Throughout my career I have propelled diverse, multi-site teams together to align and engage with a common vision and mission to produce exceptional results.
