I am a leadership and career coach working with corporate executives, emerging leaders, and young professionals.

I collaborate with leaders on organizational design, strategic leadership, and impactful influence. I bridge this with deeply transformative personal coaching supporting individuals as they navigate career pivots, advancements, and transitions.

What sets my approach apart is a unique blend of deep technical expertise, enterprise-level leadership experience, and professional coach training, which allows me to see things through a multidimensional lens. Through insightful discussion and empathetic listening, I help clients challenge limiting beliefs, gain clarity, and unlock their full potential.

Coaching is my passion. Throughout my three decades as a global executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, I worked at the forefront of emerging technologies and led enterprise initiatives that drove meaningful change.  I learned first hand the importance of finding clarity in complexity.  As I reflected on my career, I realized the most rewarding aspect of my leadership journey was always developing people.  Today, that experience motivates me to dedicate my time to helping others succeed. 

I benefited from remarkable coaches throughout my career who inspire me to pay it forward. I now have the privilege of partnering with leaders and professionals at pivotal moments, whether they  are launching careers, stepping into leadership roles, or navigating major career transitions. It brings me deep fulfillment to see my clients navigate through complexity, land their dream roles, and step confidently into new possibilities.

I hold a Ph.D. from Scripps Research and remain engaged in the bioresearch, data and AI fields as a strategic advisor. Along with my ACC certification.

I am deeply committed to community leadership and involvement.  Among others, I serve on the National Governing Board of the Association for Women in Science (AWIS).
