What made you decide to be a coach?

I have been a lifelong learner of human behavior and psychology. I had the opportunity to get my coaching education through an employer, and I jumped at the chance. I quickly got my hours and received my ACC less than a year later. I love seeing the light bulb moments in my clients’ faces.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I am a Tennessee Unicorn! Originally from Lynchburg, I have lived my whole life in Tennessee and have marveled at the growth that has happened in my lifetime.
