What type of coaching do you do?

Executive and leadership coaching, primarily with business owners, including a lot of hotel and restaurant owners. Owners usually know what to do, and what stops them is how they're seeing the situation. That's especially true in hospitality, where the owner is running the business and working in it at the same time. Shift the perspective and the rest follows. The goals get better, the words they use get better, and the way they lead their team gets better. I also facilitate mastermind groups for faith-based business leaders where we learn how to integrate faith more into our business and personal lives.

What made you decide to be a coach?

I believe God decided this before I did. Helping people has never felt like a skill I built, it's just how I'm made, and for most of my life that came out as advice. Then I learned how to ask the kind of  questions that let people find their own answers, and I fell in love with coaching. I love empowering my clients and watching their confidence grow.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?:

I'm married to the best man I know. We have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. I love God and have a heart for helping others.
