What made you decide to be a coach?

I have been in a leadership role for over three decades and have always had a passion for mentoring and coaching leaders I retired in 2020 but continued to work with many friends and colleagues. Last year, I decided to start a business and focus more on helping leaders.

What is your area of interest?

Leadership mentor/coach, productivity coach

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

My other interests are in technology and strategic planning. I have been working in the technology field for 35 years and I enjoy learning new things and solving problems. I also have a lot of experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for various organizations and projects. I find this work very rewarding and challenging. I consider myself a geek who loves to explore new ideas and innovations.

I am excited about being a part of ICFTN and looking forward to engaging with everyone.
