What made you decide to be a coach?

A question. When I was a senior manager in corporate America, I had an employee ask me, “How do I navigate the corporate waters as a middle manager?” I had always known that the manager role was critical to an organization’s success but I hadn’t thought about what my role was until presented with this question. I turned to coaching and leadership development to help guide emerging leaders to success. I love the “lightbulb moments” that as coaches we get to experience with our clients.
