What type of coaching do you do?
I specialize in leadership, executive, team, and group coaching with a focus on therapeutic, experiential, and human-centered approaches.
What made you decide to be a coach?
Early in my career, I worked with a coach and found it to be the most valuable development experience I’d ever had. Coaching stopped me in my tracks, slowed me down, and helped me become more intentional with my words and actions. Since then, I’ve been fascinated by what allows people and teams to grow through challenge, connect more deeply, and lead from a place of compassion and curiosity.
Is there anything you would like us to know about you?
My family and I recently moved from Columbus, Ohio to Nashville. My wife and I have two young sons (5 and 6 years old). I’m also in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program and will be graduating summer of 2026. All of that to say, I’m a fan of coffee. Always open to recommendations! 😊
