I am an Independent Coach

What made you decide to be a coach?

A good friend and mentor suggested that I look into coaching because of a natural curiosity and empathy I have for people’s circumstances and stories. The formal education I am receiving has been so beneficial, both personally and professionally and I’m so thankful to be on this journey. I feel like this is the perfect time to be developing my coaching skills and pursuing coaching as a profession.

What is your area of interest?

Life and Leadership development, conflict resolution and reconciliation, Christ-centered living, and Sustainability Coaching

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I have a background in Commercial and Residential Interior Design, and I hope to incorporate design and space planning into my coaching at some point. I like to read and am creative, so I usually have several books and art projects in process at the same time.
