What made you decide to be a coach?

My passion to work with leaders to cultivate the inherent qualities of successful leaders. To support them as they reach to achieve their highest levels of performance and encourage them to bring out the best in themselves and those they influence every day. I help leaders discover how they show up in the world and are experienced by others and help them close the gap between perception and reality about their leadership style and co-create a plan to increase their leadership effectiveness.

I have over 25 years of executive human resources and operational expertise in a number of business sectors - including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, tourism and the service industry. I am a Certified Professional Coach, a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner.
