What is the name of your company?

Are you an independent coach or a coach within an organization?
I am an independent coach but work within organizations as well as 1:1 with clients
What made you decide to be a coach?
My HR background was a natural progression into coaching. I wanted to be able to work with teams and individuals without the agenda of a company.
What is your area of interest?
As a facilitator and a coach I like to play areas around transition, integration and leadership.
Is there anything you would like us to know about you?
I am trained as a kundalini global yoga teacher as well as a psychedelic facilitator and like to incorporate different modalities in my coaching.
