What made you decide to be a coach?

My passion is around helping others, and I’ve always considered myself to be a Servant Leader. For almost 27 years, I was in Corporate America in Talent Acquisition & HR where I worked with thousands of candidates as well as hiring managers. I naturally “coached” without actually having the professional training or certifications. When I lost my job in 2020 due to Covid, God showed me my next logical step where I could share my knowledge about the labor market, help candidates find & articulate their value, build their toolkits and land an opportunity that fulfills them. I know how recruiters think. I know what hiring managers are looking for, and as a candidate, I myself have been in Career Transition 4x. I can completely empathize and sympathize with my client…but just as I figured out how to reinvent and rebrand myself, I can help my clients do the same.

There is no greater joy than knowing you’ve made an indelible impact on someone’s life!

I am certified through an ICF accredited program in the following areas:

Additionally, I am certified as an Organizational Development Coach.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I work with midcareer professionals to help them build, land, or create a career of their dreams, allowing them to do what they love while making $. In addition to the coaching services, I also write resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, do interview training, etc.

My business also offers HR consulting services to businesses of all sizes, all industries. Currently, I am consulting for a marketing agency where I am building their Talent Acquisition function and all of its processes & procedures, creating a DEI Recruiting strategy, optimizing their ATS, etc.
