What made you decide to be a coach?
I saw coaching help mid-career professionals significantly uplevel their leadership skills via a bachelor program at Lipscomb University. Coaching helped students no matter the industry or previous experience as long as they trusted and followed the coaching process. It was beautiful and exciting, and it worked better and faster than any professional development I’d seen before. Before long, I knew I wanted it to be my next and last career. It’s such an honor to be a thinking partner supporting leaders and coaches in living their best lives.
Is there anything you would like us to know about you?
Just earned my PCC the hard way, which is what I call the portfolio path. I’m happy to answer any questions about submitting for credentials or the ICF Credentialing Exam.
