HOW TO MARKET TO YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS
Age Matters
What age is your core client? You will always be able to serve 2 to 92, but knowing you 20 year span core age will help you to market with laser focus. Just think about it. Marketing to an 18 year old entrepreneurial woman and a 45 year old entrepreneurial woman looks different. Focus your marketing
What Do They Need?
Your client is the hero. You are there to serve, guide, and coach them as they move towards ultimate success in all areas of their life/business. They are looking for one thing: RESULTS. They seek coaching because they want something - they have a goal in mind, a problem to be solved. Goal + Coach = RESULTS. Market with 'results' instead of general speech. Example: "I help women in their 50's and 60's find their purpose in life (GOAL), so that they can wake up every day motivated and excited for life." (RESULTS) Re-check your marketing verbiage.
Who Are They? (Really)
Listening to your client is essential, but knowing your potential client well is 'the gold' in marketing. What social media do they frequent? What kind of information are they looking for in blogs? Where are they 'offline'? Start with asking yourself what is in their pockets. Create a 'questionnaire' for your potential client. Then answer it. This will help you to market to them right where they are with excellence.
Show Them the 5 Stars
Reviews and referrals. People are looking for those 5 stars. When a client has seen ultimate success, ask them for a review. Then post those reviews EVERYWHERE. People tend to trust the resources of people who have had success. Market their success. Speak less about you in your marketing and more about your client's success.
