A Message from the Membership Committee

I am excited and honored to serve the ICFTN Community as the 2023 Director of Membership. As a Chapter, it is our goal to make our members feel welcomed and supported, and our focus is to get to know our members better, uncover the needs of all of the coaches within the Chapter – including all levels of training, niche, or credential – and help you strengthen your skills and grow your business. We want to equip you for the boundless opportunities that are available in the field of coaching today. 

Quarterly, the Membership Committee hosts a new member orientation. This is a free event for anyone interested in meeting other coaches and learning more about the Chapter and Chapter benefits. Our next new member orientation is scheduled for May 12^th at 11:30 am CT/12:30 pm ET.  I would love to see you there!  You can register here.

There are several ways we communicate and share resources with our members:

• ICFTN.org – Our website is the central place for coaches to find resources and programs, register for events, connect with Board members, connect with other coaches, and link to ICF Global.

  • Whether you are a member or a non-member, you can subscribe to our email list. We use this list to notify coaches of events, special programs, and announcements.

  • Text Messaging. Anyone with a mobile phone can automatically sign up for convenient text notifications and event reminders. Text ICFTN to 55444 to sign up.

  • Social Media. Follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. We share announcements and host “Live Stream” events.

There are many opportunities for you to get involved with ICFTN. We host engaging Chapter Meetings, providing access to high-quality coaching education, CCE’s, and the opportunity to network with like-minded coaches. 

Connector Program

Through our Connector Program, we help connect an existing Chapter member to a new member, helping them navigate the ins and outs of ICFTN and network with other ICFTN members. Navigator Program

Another way Member Coaches support other coaches is through the Navigator program. The Navigator Program is designed to place coaches together in a way to increase our service to the profession and create pathways to more lessons and learning. Members who have experience/expertise and are willing to share their knowledge with other coaches serve as experts/advisors and provide limited support on specific topics or skills related to coaching or building a coaching business.
