Starting September 11, we're launching the Chapter Membership Survey, and we invite each of you to be an active participant in this crucial endeavor.

At ICFTN, we firmly believe that our strength lies in our diverse and engaged community of coaching professionals. This survey is our way of reaching out to each member to gain valuable insights, opinions, and suggestions that will steer our chapter's course forward. Your experiences, thoughts, and perspectives are invaluable in helping us enhance the quality of our offerings, deepen our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and foster a stronger sense of community.

Survey Highlights:

• Opening Date: The survey will be accessible from Monday, September 11^th.

• Closing Date: We kindly ask for your responses by Monday, October 2^nd ensuring your voice is part of the conversation.

• Participation: Your participation is vital in making this survey a success, and it will take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.

• Confidentiality: Rest assured, your responses will remain confidential.

What to Expect:

The survey is thoughtfully designed to cover three main areas:

1. Chapter Engagement: Let us know how we can better cater to your preferences and engagement levels within the chapter.

2. DEIB Assessment: Share your perceptions about our efforts in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.

3. Overall Experience: Rate your satisfaction, provide feedback, and suggest areas for improvement.
