What made you decide to be a coach?

Frankly, I kind of fell into coaching and I love it! My organization was hosting a “coach the coach” training and there was an open spot. I volunteered to attend and it has been one of the absolute best decisions of my career – to date!  

What is your area of interest?

Definitely career and performance coaching.
