What made you decide to be a coach?

For a long time, I’ve been someone that others come to for a caring listening ear, spiritual care and thoughtful reflection. I’ve served as a chaplain and healing practitioner in social change movements. Coaching is a lot like being a chaplain with more focus on specific goals and challenges and I wanted to offer more direct support for goal setting, moving through issues and personal growth. Coaching does that!

What is your area of interest?

My areas of interest are enneagram wisdom (which includes personal growth, relationship issues, communication and more!), and with or without the enneagram I am also interested in resilience skill building, leadership coaching, accountability and conflict support and healing from stress, overwhelm and burnout. 

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I love to dance and I absolutely love the land and people of South Africa - it is my second home.
