What made you decide to be a coach?

As an IT professional for many years, I noticed that the biggest challenge for businesses is to identify and define what they really need. I found myself more passionate about coaching than just developing code, and decided to take it to the next level. On 2017 I graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a professional coach and changed my focus.
