I offer heart-centered leadership and life coaching for changemakers, creatives, and community leaders. My practice blends strategy with soul—supporting folks to lead authentically, navigate transitions, and create impact without burning out.

What made you decide to be a coach?

After years in nonprofit leadership and advocacy work, I realized my greatest joy came from holding space for transformation—whether with teams, movements, or individuals. Coaching felt like a natural extension of my values: presence, connection, curiosity, community, and love.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I believe in leading with love, lots of play, and a little mischief. I’m a lover of good questions, bold dreams, and deep connection. As a queer Southerner, I hold space for healing, truth-telling, and joy—especially for those who’ve been made to feel on the margins. My work blends intuition, humor, and heart to support folks in remembering who they are and reclaiming their place in the world. I’m devoted to building a world where everyone gets to belong.
