Company Name:

Paige K Bigham Coaching & Facilitation

What type of coaching do you do?

I provide leadership and career coaching for individuals and teams. For individuals, I support those stepping into first-time leadership roles, navigating career pivots, addressing misalignment in "great on paper" jobs, and helping recent graduates translate potential into direction. For organizations, I work with leadership teams seeking alignment and clarity, and assist nonprofits through strategic planning processes.

What made you decide to be a coach?

In many ways, coaching feels less like a pivot and more like a continuation, or intentional blend, of everything I’ve done so far.

When I look back, the throughline is curiosity about people and how they make sense of the world. As a child, I wanted to be either a teacher or Diane Sawyer…very specifically Diane Sawyer. At the time, I didn’t have language for it, but what drew me in was her storytelling, her interviewing style, and her genuine curiosity about others. She created space for people to reflect and articulate meaning, and that stuck with me.

That curiosity led me to study International Business, driven by an interest in other cultures and communication styles, especially in the workplace. I have since spent 10 years in management consulting, focusing on strategic planning, change management, and training, which all centered on helping people define goals, understand current realities, and navigate change intentionally.

The real catalyst toward coaching came when I spent six months shadowing an executive coach. Watching him work with leaders, giving them space to reflect, helping them understand how they were perceived, and supporting them as they created paths for change, was eye-opening. I realized coaching was the intersection of my skills, interests, and values in a way that felt deeply aligned.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?:

I'm working on developing a career clarity framework and workbook. It's called the PIVOT program and helps you identify values and strengths to find alignment. visualize your next chapter, and create a plan to help you get there.
