OCTOBER 2022

It’s That Time of Year!

It’s that time when ICFTN announces the new board of directors and places a call for nominations for the Pat White Chapter Service Award and the Community Service Award.

Let me begin with congratulating the newly elected 2023 Board of Directors. On September 9, 2022, the membership unanimously voted to approve the following members to serve on the 2023 Board of Directors. Please join me in sending congratulations to:

As the Chapter continues to revise the by-laws, we are preparing for directors to serve staggered terms to help maintain continuity of programs and operations. I appreciate Shad Morghiem, Dr. Nancy Scott, and Dr. Aikyna Finch for stepping up to serve a two-year term and helping us in this transition.

Call for Nominations

There are many unsung heroes in our coach community. It is a perfect chance to recognize a person you feel is a deserving candidate for the Pat White Chapter Service Award and the Community Service Award.

Pat White Chapter Service Award
Please consider nominating a full member for the Pat White Service Award. Candidates are full members who have served as a leader for the Chapter while implementing innovative, new services that benefit our members.

You can fill out the Nomination form for both awards here. The Awards Committee appreciates as many details as possible about your nomination.  

The deadline to submit nominations is October 31, 2022

Community Service Award
Please consider nominating a member for the Community Service Award. Candidates are members who have used their coaching skills to improve our local community selflessly. Examples of nominees can be pro-bono coaching for non-profits, government leaders and their teams, creating an organization that brings trained coaches to local organizations, or coaching in the TN National Guard.

You can fill out the Nomination form for both awards here. The Awards Committee appreciates as many details as possible about your nomination.
