What made you decide to be a coach?

In the nearly 30 years I've been in the biopharmaceutical industry, I've consistently been recognized as a mentor, coach and as one who colleagues seek for advice and counsel. In addition, an Executive Coach with whom I had the opportunity to work, also encouraged me to pursue Executive Coaching. 

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I'm at a point in life where Executive Coaching is a wonderful fit for me as I'm enthusiastically motivated to help others who might benefit from my experience, the coaching skills I've developed, and my passion to help others grow.
