What made you decide to be a coach?

My experiences living on 3 continents and a career in luxury real estate (in Dubai and Abu Dhabi) gave me some fascinating insights into the psychology of change, identity and community, and how to be a home to yourself.

What is your area of interest?

I coach emerging female leaders, ex-pats and executives navigating major life transitions. Strengths, values and Mental Fitness (PQ ®) can reduce the stress and imposter syndrome accompanying significant change.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

My proudest achievements are climbing Kilimanjaro and reaching Everest base-camp. I embrace the pay it forward philosophy of connection I learned through travelling to over 60 countries. I’m British and am married to an American.
