What made you decide to be a coach?

I am an HR professional who got into HR because it was a place of influence to grow and develop people, so coaching has always been a part (my favorite part) of my job.

What is your area of interest?

Leadership Development, Career Navigation and Authentically Living

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I have been an HR professional for over 25 years. My job brought me to Nashville in 2019 but I'm originally from Florida. My husband and I have been married for 27 years and we have 2 grown sons (Joshua 20 and Samuel 18). My mission in life is to be the reason someone believes they can. I strive with each interaction that individuals know they are seen, loved and valued.
