What made you decide to be a coach?
My mom was an executive coach which is how I learned about the field initially. I then received my masters in August 2022 in human and organizational development at Peabody. Both of these experiences fostered my passion to pursue coaching and facilitation in order to affect change at the individual and organizational level.
What is your area of interest?
I am exploring different areas as I start my new career but I am especially interested in working with leaders that want to utilize individual coaching and organizational facilitation in tandem. I have been working with Jody Lentz who is an established facilitator in Nashville and I see a lot of benefit to organizations utilizing both methods.
Is there anything you would like us to know about you?
I was just recently accepted into the Georgetown University executive certificate in leadership coaching program and I am excited to begin this summer!
