Leadership and Life Coaching with a focus on education and personal growth.

What made you decide to be a coach?

I am an educator with over 40 years of experience as a teacher, counselor, and principal. While I am still presently a full-time school counselor now at Blackman HS, I began my professional coaching career during the Covid pandemic by getting ICF certified. My goal is to be available to help and support others in finding themselves, accepting themselves, and then giving themselves away.

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

Much of my work has been with educational leaders across K-12 as well as with young adults who are working on determining their purpose and path. I have also worked with the Academy of Creative Coaching to train new coaches in their pursuit of ICF certification. On a personal note, I have been married to Ellen since 1986, have three amazing adult children, and just recently joined the grandparent club with a beautiful granddaughter. I was actively involved in ICF South Carolina before moving to Smyrna two years ago.
