I coach professionals, emerging leaders, established leaders, and strategic corporate teams. My approach is relational, ontological, and practical. I believe people don't need another expert to tell them what to do; they need someone who listens so deeply that they can hear themselves, discover what truly matters, see new possibilities, and have a trusted partner who walks alongside them as they turn those insights into meaningful action.

My coaching integrates the LOGIC™ framework—Listening, Observing, Gathering, Implementing, and Coaching, alongside Promise Management, helping individuals and teams move beyond traditional goal setting toward deeper commitment, co-creation, curiosity, and sustainable results.

After more than 30 years in leadership at Deloitte, I realized the moments that brought me the greatest fulfillment were never the projects we completed; they were the people who grew through them. Coaching became the natural next chapter of my life.

I am originally from South Africa and now live in the Greater Nashville area with my family. I love meaningful conversations, lifelong learning, and helping people discover what is possible. Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me opening our home through hospitality, fostering, and adoption, learning the art of beekeeping, growing food, or working on one of many projects around our property.
