What made you decide to be a coach?

I decided to become a "coach" after realizing that I was providing informal coaching to the leaders of the OD client systems that I work with.

What is your area of interest?

Coaching with an Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Lens; Understanding how social identities/social constructs impact the coaching process; Coaching as a reciprocal relationship and honoring that discovery happens both ways; Striking the balance of intuition, academics, and new ways of knowing in the coaching process; Exploring more team coaching versus individual coaching.   

Is there anything you would like us to know about you?

I moved to Tennessee in 2015 from the DC.
