The NAVIGATOR program replaces what was mentoring. The NAVIGATOR program is a way for any coach to connect to an experienced coach/subject-matter expert on a particular topic that may be on your mind. In this program, your request may be, “I would like to understand how to attract more clients to my business.” The Membership Team then reviews your information and request. It will assign a designated Navigator (member volunteer with expertise in the topic) to work with you for 3-hours over the course of one month free of charge. The Membership Team is actively recruiting Navigators at this time. It’s a wonderful to be able to offer this service to one another!

The CONNECTOR program matches volunteer members to a new member. This is a volunteer opportunity for everyone! It is no more than a 90-day commitment to welcome, introduce, and make our newest members comfortable with ICFTN and the many ways we can connect to one another outside our bi-monthly meetings. Your commitment is for 3 touchpoints in a new member’s first 90 days with the organization, perhaps it looks like this: 1 phone call, 1 coffee talk, and one meeting meet-up to introduce to our newest member to other members. The Membership team welcomes everyone to serve in this way. 

It’s an exciting time to meet, learn, and grow M2M!

How to Update Your Member Profile

Potential clients utilize the Find A Coach tab on the ICFTN website to find and evaluate which member coach in the directory might be the best fit for them. Only ICFTN members are included in the directory. Take advantage of this valuable membership benefit by reviewing your Member Profile to ensure that all your information is up to date.

How to Login and Make Changes to Member Profile

Here’s what you do:

  1. Go icftn.org and click in the top right corner – Member Area

  2. Type in your International Coach Federation Tennessee ID (typically your email address) and your Password.

  3. Click LOGIN.

  4. You should see a navigation bar on the far left with blue letters reading Member Area.

  5. Under this area in orange lettering, Click, Member Information Editor.

  6. Now you’re ready to update, edit, or compose your information for all to see. (If you wish to hide certain fields, there is that option as well.)

What Can Be Updated?

Update, Change or Add your picture in a web-ready format like jpeg. Future clients want to see you!

Rewrite or Add your bio – Click here for tips on writing your bio. (Note: Fill out the "Biography" section to have your bio show on the website. Information entered in the "Short Business Description" or "Long Business Description" under custom fields are not visible to the public.

Update or Add your credential ACC, PCC, MCC – visitors to our site can now search for coaches with the ICF credential but YOU have to add it or change it; it’s not automatic.

Add your business website URL to attract future clients.

Change your password, if you wish

Update your addresses – business & website

Add the coach training program(s) you attended

Add your years of experience

 

Directory users are able to filter by Certification, Coaching Experience, Method and Specialty. So be sure to fill out those sections so you are not left out of search results.
