EXPLORE COACH APPROACH TRAINING INSTITUTE’S TRANSFER COACH PROGRAM

As coaches, regardless of our specialties, we will encounter clients whose brains work a little differently. Further, as awareness, diagnosis, and information regarding ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity increases, more clients are willing to share their own neurotypes and how they impact home, work, and life. Are you prepared to work with these clients to the best of your ability? Coach Approach Training Institute offers experienced coaches the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity in their Transfer Coach program. Whether you wish to take a few courses to increase understanding and hone your skills, or pursue a track to one of their Level 2 ADHD/ND-related credentials, they've got offerings steeped in a strengths-based, holistic approach taught by pioneers in the field.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn:

This program is open to coaches with at least 60 hours of ICF-accredited training, and 100 or more client hours. Coaches should schedule time with Director of Education, Sara Skillen, PCC, COLC, CPO to discuss prior training transfer requirements.

The Connector program is designed to help new members feel welcome when they join our chapter. For each new member, we assign a Connector who becomes a resource and point person for them for the first 2-3 months.

The goal is to have Connectors in each of our 4 geographic areas so that we can assign new members locally. We consistently hear that a huge benefit to ICFTN membership is building relationships with local coaches for networking and potential collaboration....this program makes that happen for both parties! Being a Connector is extremely rewarding and does not require huge effort or time commitment, it is simply meeting and greeting the occasional new member in your area.
